Trio Snack Co. is a local, elevated snack-cart catering company where tasty snacks, sips, and sweets come together to create unforgettable experiences. As a proud family-owned business, our culinary roots run deep and have always been shaped by the people and flavors we grew up with.

Our story reaches back to my grandmother, Blanca Garcia, whose love for bold, vibrant food made her a beloved part of the early Dallas taco scene. The flavors she crafted and the warmth she brought to every kitchen helped spark a family passion for sharing good food with good people. My father, Pedro Alanis, continued that spirit, and in 2020 I joined him to co-found Bully Taco Catering Company. Together, we brought authentic Mexican street tacos to events of all kinds, sharing our excitement for “bringing the taqueria” to the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

Trio Snack Co. is the next chapter in that journey—a mobile snack-cart concept that blends our heritage with a fresh, modern twist. From street-style elotes and nachos to fully stocked dirty-soda bars and torched-to-order s’mores, we offer something delicious for every kind of guest. Our carts are fully customizable and designed to elevate any occasion, from casual gatherings to large scale celebrations.
