Trio Snack Co. is a local, elevated snack-cart catering company where tasty snacks, sips, and sweets come together to create unforgettable experiences.

 

As a proud family-owned business, our passion for food and hospitality is rooted in family tradition. My grandmother, Blanca Garcia, was part of the early Dallas taco scene, known for her bold flavors and love of bringing people together through food. That passion carried on through my father, Pedro Alanis, and in 2020 we partnered to launch Bully Taco Catering Company, serving authentic Mexican street tacos at events across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

Trio Snack Co. is the next chapter in that journey—a mobile snack-cart concept that blends decades of culinary heritage with a fresh, modern twist. From street-style elotes and nachos to fully stocked dirty-soda bars and torched-to-order s’mores, we offer something delicious for every kind of guest. Our carts are fully customizable and designed to elevate any occasion, from casual gatherings to large scale celebrations.
