SMASH BURGER BAR
Our Smash Burger Bar takes a backyard classic and turns it into a crave-worthy, interactive experience! Juicy smash burgers are grilled fresh on-site and served with melty cheese, classic fixings, flavorful sauces, and plenty of toppings so guests can build their perfect burger. From simple and classic to fully loaded creations, it’s familiar comfort food with a fresh, elevated Trio twist—hot off the grill and made to be enjoyed.

Our Sonoran-Style Hot Dog Bar brings bold street-food flavor straight to your celebration! Guests can choose from a curated menu of made-to-order grilled cheese creations, featuring golden, buttery bread, melty cheeses, and delicious flavor combinations prepared fresh on-site. From timeless classics to fun, elevated favorites, each sandwich is served hot off the grill for a cozy, nostalgic experience.

PRICING
All of our fire bars begin with a base cart price, determined by your final guest count. Your base pricing includes standard disposable plating and service, so the essentials are already built into your experience. Staffing fees and travel, when applicable, are priced separately.
From there, you can choose between two service packages to best match your event style and budget. Whether you prefer a simple, timeless presentation or a fully styled experience, our package options allow you to customize the look and feel of your snack cart while keeping pricing straightforward and transparent.

Base Bar Pricing + $150.00 Fire Bar Luxe Upgrade
Trio Snack Co. proudly serves Dallas, Fort Worth, and the surrounding areas. Please Note: A $80 staffing fee is applied to all events of 100 guests or more. Events with large guest counts or highly interactive carts may incur additional staffing fees to ensure smooth service. Travel Fees are calculated based on distance from our home base. All Trio event bookings are subject to 8.25% Sales Tax.
