All of our snack carts begin with a base cart price, determined by your final guest count. Your base cart pricing includes standard disposable plating and service, so the essentials are already built into your experience. Staffing fees and travel, when applicable, are priced separately.
From there, you can choose between two service packages to best match your event style and budget. Whether you prefer a simple, timeless presentation or a fully styled experience, our package options allow you to customize the look and feel of your snack cart while keeping pricing straightforward and transparent.

Trio Snack Co. proudly serves Dallas, Fort Worth, and the surrounding areas. Please Note: A $80 staffing fee is applied to all events of 100 guests or more. Events with large guest counts or highly interactive carts may incur additional staffing fees to ensure smooth service. Travel Fees are calculated based on distance from our home base. All Trio event bookings are subject to 8.25% Sales Tax.
